Was out like the whole day yesterday. Had the NE Quiz in the morning and Danceworks 2004 in the evening. Dun wanna tallk abt the NE Quiz! We lost both cheer and the quiz itself! Anyway, i tot the VJC cheer team was gd...I wanna learn their cheer! The beat was great too seh. They brought a bucket as a percussion instrument. They were cheering for us for our quiz team. Felt bad...we got 4th. But actually not bad...I mean...4th among 17 JCs and Millenia Institute. It was on CNA and stuff..so I guess I totally made a fool out of myself on tv cheering and all..and i also guess tat I just talked abt the NE Quiz ar..
Anyway, heck with the quiz...I enjoyed myself at Danceworks. They had Daniel Ong and Jean Danker hosting the show. Daniel was funny man. I liked the pre-show also. I tot tat the Telok Kurau Percussion Band was good!! Sad tat I missed part of it. Denvers cheerleading was not bad..though I prefer Ngee Ann Poly's Magnum Force. =D Then, they had this grp of guys and a girl..doing breakdancing. And they had heelys on!!! Hahahaha. Kinda cool actually cuz..without them I wouldn't noe tat they could actually twirl with it. Yes...twirl in a circular pattern...like ice-skating. They did some cool moves with their heelys ar. Sure beats those irritating kids on heelys in the public. But Azri just said,"I rather watch gymnasts doing their stuff". Which is kinda true actually =S
Btw, we actually got seats at the VIP block..the place where the judges and the guest-of-honour were sitting. At first, Azri was like, "Why is this block like so empty?" Then Daniel Ong was like, "Ladies and Gentlemen, pls welcome the guest-of-honour blah blah.." Then, there was like this bunch of ppl..and the lights were like soo focused on our block..and they started filling up the seats.. So I said," Well, I guess it's not so empty now huh?" So, now i'm like really wondering where Fauzan got the tix frm. Cuz the rest of the sitting tix which most MJC ppl got were like infront...on grnd level. Other MJCians who got seats in tat block were Wadi, Zaida n Juwaini. Well, tat's it actually. I liked the area though...I got a clear view cuz it was like soo center and they actually have this tv in front of us..so we can see the performers better on stage - not tat I really need to see their faces..maybe jus to read the words like "kNOw Drugs" on their butts or watever. We also got a bag..with stuffs in inside..I gonna use the pencil case and water bottle tomorrow =)
So, anyway, after waiting for abt 2hrs or less...the show FINALLY started. I was really excited to see the Exxon Mobile team(the one i talked abt during the previous entry on the Danceworks Preliminaries). They were gd!! They changed their uniform frm blue to white. No big surprise...they won! SAJC and Nanyang Poly got third and second...dunno which got which. So I guess, tat's it lah. MJC lost..but I wouldn't say they really lost ar. I mean like, come on...they got into top 8 man..out of wat...70 teams?? That's cool! So now, the only competition I'm really looking forward to would be the semi-finals of the Display Band Competition at the National Stadium. Tat's the thing I have been waiting for since last year man. Btw, it'll be on April 17! 3 more weeks! yay!!~

Block Test sucked. Well, I guess tat's abt all i will say abt it.
Yesterday, our class was informed tat we have to be spectators/supporters/cheerleaders for this Inter-JC/CI NE Quiz. Simple cuz we were the only Arts class who ended the earliest. *err...k* I was expecting Mr. Chua to say something like, "cuz u'r the most hyper and noisiest and on class ever!" Most of us didn't noe abt the cheering part until like THIS MORNING. So we were like, "Cheer!?!? WTH!" So, anyway, after sch Kurt gave my class the cheer which we were suppose to well cheer..(there was this big heading on top of the cheer on the piece of paper. The heading said "The Worst Thing I Ever Wrote"). It was some cheer basically abt Singapore..but it was kinda dead and stuff..so my class didn't follow the cheer at all and did our own. Which was kinda cool..cuz we won and beat RJC n CJC n SRJC (simply becuz there weren't there at all..cuz they backed out..keke). The thing abt the cheer was tat..it was soooo last minute...we did the cheer on our journey in the bus to Singapore Discovery Centre. Not bad eh? =D
So, not only did MJC got into the finals for cheer...Kurt and gang did very well with the help of Jamie's help frm the audience..and they got into the finals too! YAY~ Full sweep...DOUBLE victory~ Sweet~ So yeah, we'll be going for the finals this Sat at 8:30am. Yay!
Anyway, during the quiz, RJC was like soo dead(compared to us..we were the extremely noizy bunch =) )...and there was this guy who was like soo freakingly snobbish.Btw, he was an audience as well. There was a part where the audience get to answer some questions and they'll get a goodie bag if they got it right ar. Then, that stupid guy got the answer..and he went to take the goodie bag. Boy did he took a FREAKINGLY LOOOOONG time to walk frm his seat to get his bag. ASS. He walk with such a walk tat makes u wanna kick his arse..and say "Faster! Faster u cow!" Btw, RJC got 3rd place overall. Hmm...
Aside frm tat, we met Little George the interactive robot! U noe...the one u can talk to..and it talks back to u..or so say they say..Well, Priscilla went up to tat interactive robot and asked, "Excuse me, can u tell me the concept of existentialism?" There was this kinda long pause..b4 the so-called smart robot answered, "Sorry, I do not understand you. I'm only 8 years old. Come back 10 years later." Erk~ I have to contain my laughter..pls..just contain it..now only.. *snorts* WAHAHAHAHHAHA!!! THAT'S THE MOST CRAPPIEST THING EVER SAID BY A 'SMART' AND INTERACTIVE ROBOT!! 8 years!?!? U look like a freakingly FULL grown man!! But yeah lah...makes sense maybe...i mean..it's called LITTLE George anyway. Actually rite...there is actually someone listening to u lah...then the exact person(a human..like u and i) will talk to u... my geog teacher talk to the robot in Malay b4. And the robot was like, "sorry...i dun understand malay" Well ok, then how the hell u knew it was malay anyway? Dumbass robot...

AFter band, I was heading home together with Dawn and Lynette. We were at Eunos MRT and I had to top up my EZ Link card. The stupid machine kept rejecting my $2 note and there was this Mat behind me. He was like "alamak..org² ni sumer lambat ar". Which means "Alamak, these ppl so slow ar". So...It's my fault ar that I'm slow. Fishcake..Cheesebun. After I finally managed to top up the freaking card...I moved away and was like "nAH...Dahbis pun! Sheesh!" U noe, I have this tiny feeling he tot I'm chinese or something.
After tat, I headed to the bus-stop infront of the MRT to wait for my bus(duh). Then, there was this bus inspector who started walking our way. We expected him to say something. Instead, he just stood infront of us..looked at me..smiled..turned away..and walked off. Like..wat the hell was that all abt!?!? Weird and creepy...Up till this point..I still have no idea why he smiled at me for. Argh..stupid stupid...

So they left...yesterday...it's probably abt 8 or 9 in the morn there in England or something. AAAAH!! SO JEALOUS!!! Everyone was asking me yesterday, the reason why I didn't follow them to England. Please...u give me the money...and I'll DEFINITELY go. What other reasons could there be!? The reason can NEVER be "Oh...cuz Block Test coming". Well, not for me that is.
Also, we finally got back our GP compre test paper. I just passed. Sheesh. I've also have come to a conclusion tat I seem to get hard questions right. Mr Conrad was going thru the compre answers..and whenever he said "Most of u got this question wrong", I'll be the one to get it right...and vice-versa. I got another prove to show tat I get easy questions wrong. Last year, eh no...1.5 yrs ago..Sec 4, we had our prelims..and I tell u...the papers weren't hard..SERIOUSLY...totally not hard at all...and i ended up with 34/36 points for my prelims. I think for those of u who dunno abt this...ya'll probably be going like "WAT!??! 36!?!?" Tat totally woke me up man. Studied..and ended up in MJC now. Not bad lah huh...frm 36 and all..
Lesson in life: Never give up even when things look pretty bad. Just work harder. Now..abt today..went to the NUS open house. Listened to the talk on the faculty of law. Nothing new..I already knew most of the stuff tat was said during the talk...Except I learned tat i REALLY dun need malay to enter law...they won't even look at it! So I guess I'm jus retaking my Malay 'AO' level paper to make my 'A' Level certificate look nicer n make my MUM happy. Couldn't be bothered to tell her that I really dun need to retake my malay paper unless I wanna do Malay Studies in the faculty of Arts and Social Science. Bleah~ She won't listen..to her..my malay paper is life or death. Anyway, it doesn't matter...I'm retaking my paper no matter wat she says.

Alright...today will be the last day I'll get to chat with Rizal and Liyana..b4 they're all off to England together with Ana, Gloria, Laura and Jamie on their lit trip. Then tomorrow, they all won't be in sch...sigh...Just now in class, I was with Liyana and Laura...they were talking abt how much they will miss the ppl back in Singapore..like their parents and all. Then, I dunno why...but I cried..so pathetic and embarassing. I mean..it's only 9 days..but it was like..i mean..it's just tat...i was..well..i felt...OH HELL!! IT'S JUST THE MOMENT LAH DAMNIT!! Anyway, Liyana won't have me to bother her for 9 whole days!! Nobody to accidentally kick her leg..Nobody arnd saying crappy things(except maybe Rizal..oh yah! Take care of ur food Liyana! U shud noe why!!) and making her eyes roll and flutter...Enjoy it while u can Liyana! Anyway, they'll be leaving at arnd 12:45pm tomorrow afternoon...14 hour flight...Well, bon voyage and have fun aight! Can't wait to see u guys back again and in one whole piece ok (with souvenirs for me if possible..IF POSSIBLE =P...)? Shoot..I should start shedding off some of my thick skin..

It's the rainy and flu season! Yay!~ Well, of course I'm yay-ing abt the rainy season ar. I mean...I'm not really excited abt getting a flu...not that I got a flu. My frens got it though..sigh weak ppl..i'm just the less weaker one.
It's 2 more days b4 some of my classmates leave for their lit trip to England. So jealous seh...They dun even have to come to sch on Friday. Sigh~ Rizal has to keep talking abt it...pls lah..I or we get ur freaking point. I mean like for goodness sake..his nick on MSN yesterday was "To England...in 3 days". I noe I'm really jealous but no need to rub it in harder. =p

Today, supposed to go for Gema Puisi Artistik..but after the econs lecture in the morning...I was feeling sleepy..and totally got no mood to go. So I slept from 12 in the afternoon till arnd 4pm. Heard MJC didn't win any damn thing. Well, shouldn't be too disappointed (for those who are disappointed lah) cuz at least they managed to get into the finals...unlike last year. I'm also sure they tried their best...well it's the only thing we can say to ppl who didn't win. Tomorrow, suppose to go watch the Cheerobics at Ngee Ann City..but..got to meet up with my grp to do our lit presentation. So I guess, all my plans for this weekend is lost. Boohoohoo..haha..oh crap..i still got next weekend.
