Yesterday, I felt bad abt not doing any revision the whole day...cuz I was out with my parents. Went shopping and mum bought for me a really nice necklace and dad allowed me to buy a nice pair of shoes. Yay!~ So anyway, like i said, I felt bad...so, at abt 11:30pm, I decided to switch off the comp and do some economics revision.
At abt 1am, I heard a loud boom. The first thing tat came to my mind was tat there might be a car accident at the PIE(an expressway) which i can see directly infront of my room window. Looked and saw no car accident. So, the next thing tat came to my mind was, "Hmm...is tat the sound u hear when somebody commits suicide? A loud boom as ur head crashes to the ground." Looked down and saw no body or maybe it was like cannot be seen frm where I am. I was like, "k..watever, i'll find out tomorrow morning if i see any police signs or anything." Jus as I got back to my bed, I heard another boom. Now, I tot maybe it's like some couple suicide...so totally in love tat they decided to kill themselves together.
A few minutes later, my dad came to my room and was like, "hey..u wanna see a burning car?" Like duh I wanna see a burning car. So I followed him to my parents bedroom and looked outside their window which faced the Paya Ubi Industrial Park and saw this particular sports car on fire(I noe it's a sportcar now cuz there's no fire and it's bright daylight). The sports car is already not for used btw...it's parked in the area where all met-with-an-accident cars are placed. The sports car jus went frm bad to worse. There were already a couple of ppl there. A guy with a hose was already trying to put the fire out but to no avail. The fire got bigger and bigger and i was really afraid of another explosion n furthermore, he was like standing so near to the car.
A few minutes later, the civil defence team came with their fire engines.(really amazes me how fast they can arrive) Took them quite a while to put the fire down but definitely much faster than tat poor man. Suddenly the whole area was like filled with smoke. I can even smell it in the house n I tot i had trouble breathing. Really, the smoke was really huge...and it came frm jus one car. So now I noe how bad a building on fire would be. Well, the police came after the whole thing was over. 3 police cars came...then I dunno wat happened...went back to my bedroom...didn't continue revison...I tot tat was enuf for the day's events...so I went to...dreamland...
