First, need to take all this with a dash of humor more than anything else. If everything is perfect than the country does not have to worry. Humour is the best weapon.
Second, the site might have been actually set up by a Singaporean with anti-foreign views (there have been more anti foreign views recently with the crisis), or too scared to express its own views.
Third, why not setup a group on Facebook of foreigners who love Singapore. I would join it right away :) and there would by default be more members.
